A job well matched for Ben

Ben Banks commenced with Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions in July, 2012. It was identified early that Ben was a great candidate for employment in the customer service industry, due to his outgoing personality and
willingness to learn.

Ben genuinely loves working with people, has fantastic communication skills and a real eye for detail. The employment placement team at Mai-Wel LabourForce Solutions who focus on matching the skills and abilities of jobseekers with employment opportunities, found
the perfect job match for Ben.

Ben works at Central Café in John Hunter Hospital two days a week, a role he has been in for almost two years. Ben loves his job as a Café assistant and enjoys going to work every day.

“I always try to do my best. I work with good people and have a great boss. I have learnt a lot and I hope I am here for a long time”, said Ben.

Ben’s employer Brian Forder is very happy with Ben’s work ethic and believes he always does a great job.

“Ben really cares about his work and the customers love him. He makes us laugh and is part of the family. We love having him here”, said Brian.
