We are currently seeking two self-motivated and suitably licensed Waste Services Operator to perform in all areas of the waste service and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all waste service activities at Council. Our Waste Service activities operate across a seven-day rostered agreement and may include weekend and public holiday work.
Working within the Environment and Waste Services unit, these roles will be required to:
- Assist and advise the public in the disposal of waste;
- Process waste transactions as required during the operating hours of the Waste Management Centre;
- Maintain, deliver and repair mobile garbage bins; and
- Operate a single operator side load waste collection vehicles used to provide Council’s waste collection service.

Remuneration:
$1,693.69 per week which includes all penalty rates and allowances as per the Agreement plus 11% superannuation.
